Thongue ; a swath of thigh transplanted to the bottom of one’s mouth where a tongue muscle used to reside.

The tumor under my tongue was so large that to save my life my entire tongue muscle (hyoid bone, tonsils, epiglottis, larynx, etc) had to be removed. So this piece of my thigh now fills the void. I’m fond of the scar, as it helped put me back together.
