RECIPES smoothies

Ironic that i have Smoothies and Soups in my blog and integral to my life. This coming from the woman who boldly repeatedly stated 'soups aren't a meal!' Smoothie?, i don't want to DRINK my calories!

My overall goal with smoothies is to get a good dose of greens and or fruit. I also prep these in batches and store in the 16oz wide mouth ball jars. I store everything in glass to avoid any potential toxins in plastic, especially when popping directly into the microwave. Oh, and the lids of the ball jars seems to rust over time, so i found these plastic (sorry environment) lids that do the trick.
